The Football College started the game well dominating possession of the ball in a controlled manner. Having early success of exploiting their fullbacks Luca Ellis scored first from our fullback delivering the ball from out wide across the box for Luca to slot in (18 min).
Rochdale then started to play more direct and play onto their striker with TFC not challenging Rochdale equalised (28 min).
Overall we created more opportunities in the first half but were unable to put away.
In the second half we started varying our forward passing by playing into our attacking midfielders as well as our wide players which started to create real problems for Rochdale. After dominating much of the second half Habtamu got on the scoresheet making it 2-1. (65 minute).
TFC kept calm and continued to play our way and chances were created. Jordan Pendlebury missed a great chance but in the 81st minute Lewis Gibson killed the game off to make it 3-1.
